More than 7 days before the tour date, cancellations will receive a full refund, minus any applicable administration or payment processing fees.

Between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour date
A refund of 50% of the booking amount will be issued, minus any administration or payment fees.

Within 48 hours of the tour date, no-shows, or late arrivals
Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.
